1. Beta / prototype service
Pricewatcher is provided as an early-access beta prototype. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable or contain errors.
2. Pricing information is indicative
Prices are crowdsourced and/or drawn from third-party feeds and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Always confirm the actual price at the point of sale. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on displayed prices.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful or infringing content.
- Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not misuse location or submission features.
4. User-submitted content
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it to operate and improve the service. You confirm you have the right to submit it.
5. Intellectual property
The Pricewatcher name, branding and software are owned by us or our licensors.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
7. Changes & governing law
