What we collect
- Approximate location — if you grant permission or enter a place/postcode, used only to find nearby prices. We do not continuously track you.
- Search queries — the text you type, to return results and improve the service.
- Submitted data — prices, photos and store details you contribute (crowdsourced content).
- Account details — if you register, your email address (via passwordless/OAuth sign-in).
- Usage & device data — standard analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type).
How we use it
- To provide local price search and mapping.
- To process and display crowdsourced submissions.
- To operate, secure and improve the service.
- To show advertising (see our Cookie Policy).
Legal bases
We rely on your consent (location access, non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (running and improving the service), and performance of a contract (where you hold an account).
Who we share data with
Service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Google(Gemini AI, Places & Maps), and advertising partners. Fuel price data originates from the UK Government Fuel Finder scheme. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
